Shane Scott – 2009 IT Alum Update
I started out after school working as a server administrator and just stayed in that field. I am now supporting www.usajobs.gov which has been a lot of fun as we receive sometimes millions of hits in a day.
VMware is a great product and I notice it becoming more heavily used in a lot of companies. I am glad to hear that you are now offering it as part of your curriculum, it gives graduates a great skill entering the workforce and will help them tremendously.
Thank you for the great work you are doing at Georgia Southern. I am always eager to tell people how great the IT program is at Georgia Southern.
