Position Details: The Help Desk Support Analyst is responsible for receiving, documenting, and resolving software, hardware, and network issues reported by our employees. In addition to having a high sense of self-motivation, this individual must display superior telephone, root cause analysis, and issue resolution skills.

•Provide end-user technical support for multiple software platforms
•Research and resolve technical issues reported by internal users
•Re-setting of system passwords
•Establishing User IDs and passwords for new users
•Periodic user acceptance testing on system enhancements or new product releases
•Troubleshooting basic hardware and connectivity issues with printers/scanners/copiers
•Repairing/upgrading computer hardware and software
•Other tasks as assigned
The successful candidate will be a hard working team player. Position Includes base salary with opportunity for quarterly bonuses.
•Prior experience with supporting and troubleshooting web-based application and installed applications
•Familiarity with the set up and use of Microsoft Office products, Java and Adobe Acrobat/Reader
•Familiarity with basic PC hardware and internet browser configurations
•Some scripting and/or power shell experience helpful
•One to two years’ experience working with computer technology in a business environment.
•Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
•Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Two or Four-year degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience in a Technical Support environment.
•Ability to provide support to end users on a variety of topics including Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and variety of other software packages
•Display the highest level of integrity.
