IT Specialist – Primal Screen
Provides technical support for the Primal Screen staff. Skilled at providing end user support in a complex, fast-moving design environment. Must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members. Broad familiarity with information technology, both hardware and software. May assist in designing information technology processes, procedures and systems in alignment with Primal Screen’s business needs.

Has basic knowledge of scripting or programming.
Familiar with creative software such as Autodesk programs and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with backup/archiving processes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree with a technology discipline desirable
2 to 5 years experience providing onsite technical support to end users in PC and Mac environments.
