Georgia Southern’s annual Eagle Techxpo event is scheduled for this Friday, November 2nd from 9am to 4pm in the College of Engineering and Information Technology. The Techxpo event is free to attendees and showcases instructional and informational technology to the Georgia Southern University and Statesboro community.
The first 400 participants will receive FREE Techxpo t-shirts!! There will be free food and drinks throughout the day as well as great door prizes given away during each session!! The College of Engineering and Information Technology will be selling Bar-B-Que plates for $5.00 starting at 12pm.
This years conference will host 25+ vendors, feature a keynote address with Google and concurrent sessions in several tracks including a with a folio track which will include presentations on the competencies tool, library resources, tips and tricks for the new system along with other unique ways that faculty are using folio. A schedule of the sessions can be found on the Techxpo website.
Come join the fun while also learning about some of the “latest and greatest” in technology!
